Being governed by external rules, rather than ruled by my heart. Galatians five speaks of being governed by the spirit, keeping step with the spirit. In Romans, it talks about the law being written on their hearts.
So that God knows all things, Ephesians 111 who works all things according to the plan that he has. John 1:5 “… the darkness has not understood it”
