Morning is cereal, high fibre. Usually Bran flakes and some added Bran Buds. Sometimes with fresh Blue Berries, with 1% milk
Lunch is a single sandwich. Two slices whole grain bread, leaf lettuce, and a choice of <canned salmon (with the bones!!!) mayonnaise, pepper> or <egg salad> or <tuna salad – flaked tuna, mayonnaise, pepper, green relish, lemon juice, Louisiana hot sauce> or <ham slices, processed cheese, mayonnaise, frenches mustard> or < grated pineapple upside down cake, crumbled dried cucumber>
Snack: granola bar, peanut butter on whole grain bread…
Supper: <veggies, brown rice, meat (baked chicken breast, baked boneless skinless chicken thighs, baked pork chops)> or <egg noodles, hamburger, spaghetti sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, baked>
Egg salad method: place 4 eggs in a medium pot, fill with cold water (in that order) place on stove, bring to a boil with lid off, when it boils leave it on the element but turn it off, put lid on, 7 minutes makes medium well yoke
