You shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God, for I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 25:17
As I wrote out the Bible today, I once again faced the possibility that what I’m reading isn’t going to apply to me, because it’s the LAW, we’re not under the law?
So it’s with reverent respect for Paul in Galatians that I proceed through the LAW. But of course, for God himself. For the process he chose! He arrived in the garden, and called out to Adam and Eve, our great grandparents through the ages… and they were hiding. It began with the shedding of blood, the covering of life for life… pointing to Jesus. Pointing to God himself exercising justice, mercy, and grace.
So read Leviticus 25:8-17…
Once again it comes down to my reaction of how will anyone know of cheating or disobedience occurring?
God would know.
God will know.
Fear the Lord.
