Today
- 5:15 am I awoke to my alarm
- Turned off my 5:30 am, just in case I enjoy my shower too long
- 5:17 am step into the shower
- New scrubby… nope, ain’t gonna work, glad I kept the old one
- 5:26 am phone and glasses in hand, I descend the stairs dressed in the garb of my birth God (good thing nobody’s looking in, and all others sleep)
- 5:27 am – it’s a short walk LOL –
- I turn on the kettle, it’s already full from the rhythm of the evening before
- I turn on the element to HIGH for the ESPRESSO pot that sits upon it, prepared in advance
- I get a glass for my meds, and pour some ice water from the fridge
- I walk into my dining room, and flick in the bright sun!
- Pull out my chair that toggles between desk and ding table… anchored there between two worlds
- Heat on
